First Direct Terms & Conditions
1. WHO IS COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT?
First Hotels is one of Scandinavia's largest hotel chains with a wide range of hotels in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The Client is a company, association or organization where employees, guests and/or members require hotel accommodation.
2. RATES AND AGREEMENT PERIOD
The agreement covers Client employees and guests that are eligible for First Direct Flex rates. The rates are only extended to individual travellers and not groups of travellers. Bookings of 10 guests or more are considered group bookings where other rates apply.
For group bookings and other information, please contact the hotel directly. The agreement price offers discount on regular listed First Direct Flex rates at the time of booking.
3. RESERVATION
Booking and cancellation of hotel reservations can be done via e-mail, phone, travel agency or www.firsthotels.com.
4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
All terms and conditions for booking, cancellation, arrival, departure and payment are listed at www.firsthotels.com.
5. ACCESS
The clients First Direct code is the property of the client and its employees. First Hotels reserves the right to demand documentation or other information from the guest that confirms the guest's affiliation with the Client and thus the right of the guest to avail him or herself of the special rates.
6. DURATION OF AGREEMENT
This agreement is effective from the signing of the agreement and the digital approvement, and until it is terminated.
In the agreement, the agreement has a mutual termination period of 3 months. Notice must be submitted in written form.
This agreement is valid two years from the date it is signed and electronically confirmed until it is terminated.
If the client does not book rooms or otherwise avail itself of the agreement within six months, First Hotels reserves the right to terminate the agreement. This agreement can be terminated within the agreement period without further warning if: One of the parties hereto files for bankruptcy, enters into debt negotiation in accordance with the law, or is declared bankrupt. One of the parties hereto breaches the agreement on serious accounts.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond the control of First Hotels or that of the individual chain hotels (Force Majeure), such as strikes, lockouts, fire and shortages of delivery, etc., allows either party of the agreement to terminate the agreement.
