New Year at the Grand Hotel
Look forward to an evening of gastronomy, celebration, and indulgence in the heart of Odense as we at Grand Hotel celebrate the last night of the year in elegant surroundings. You are warmly invited to an unforgettable New Year’s Eve party on December 31st, 2025.
We invite you to a festive evening with everything a New Year’s Eve should include:
Red carpet welcome, champagne, a 5-course dinner with wine pairing, DJ and dancing – all set in the atmospheric and historic surroundings dating back to 1897.
Evening Program:
5:30 PM – Arrival & Welcome
We greet you with a glass of champagne and small delicate snacks.
6:00 PM – The King’s New Year Speech
His Majesty King Frederik X of Denmark’s New Year’s speech will be broadcast in the Glass Hall.
6:30 PM – 5-Course Gala Dinner
Enjoy an exclusive New Year’s menu that blends tradition with classic culinary craftsmanship and premium ingredients.
The wine menu features five specially selected glasses, carefully paired with each dish.
10:00 PM – Dancing & Cocktail Bar in the Glass Hall
After dinner, we open the floor for dancing and celebration in our beautiful Banquet Hall.
Our DJ will keep the energy high with new and classic hits until 2:00 AM.
12:00 AM – Midnight Toast & Fireworks
We serve traditional marzipan cake and demi-sec champagne as we toast the New Year together.
1:00 AM – Late Night Snack
Late night snacks will be served in the adjoining rooms.
2:00 AM – Thank You & Goodnight
Guests may then retreat to their rooms – or continue the celebration out on the town.
Please note that ticket purchases for the Grand New Year’s Gala are binding. Tickets are non-refundable, either in full or in part.
