Present your SJ Prio card during check-in
Remember to present your SJ Prio membership card when checking in at the hotel. Your points (300 points per room per night) will be recorded within 21 days after each stay.
Please note that in order to earn SJ points you must be registered as a First Member, and register your SJ number with us, either on "My Page" or at the hotel reception.
Using points for hotel nights?
With your SJ Prio membership, you can also use your points for accommodations at First Hotels. Book your hotel room no later than one day before your arrival at the hotel.
In the SJ Prio points shop, you can exchange your points for First Hotels value vouchers that can be used for overnight stays at selected First Hotels* in Sweden.
Which rates/bookings qualify for points?
All regular rates and contract rates qualify for bonus points. Points are not awarded for stays booked through third-party websites (e.g., Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Booking.com), complimentary nights, bonus nights, tour operators, crew rates, sponsor rates, or other special agreements.

Missing SJ Prio points?
It may take up to three weeks after checkout before your SJ Prio points appear in your SJ Prio profile.
If you have not received your points within three weeks, you can retroactively register them up to three months after checkout.
Contact First Member Support and provide both your email address and your SJ Prio number, and we will help you with the registration.
Book train journeys with member discount at SJ!
As a First Member, you receive an 8% discount when you book train journeys with SJ. The discount applies to bookings made at least 10 days before departure. To take advantage of your member discount, you must log in to your First Member profile and use the SJ booking box provided there.
Unfortunately, we are experiencing some technical issues, so it is currently not possible to book train journeys with a discount. We apologize for this.
