As a Spa Host, you play an important role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will welcome guests with warmth, ensure they feel comfortable and cared for, and help maintain a relaxing and professional atmosphere throughout the spa.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests visiting the spa
- Provide information about the spa facilities and services
- Ensure the spa environment is clean, tidy, and inviting
- Prepare the spa area ahead of guest visits
- Handle basic bar service and bookings
- Contribute to a calm, positive, and enjoyable experience for all guests
Who We Are Looking For
- You are service-minded, positive, and naturally enjoy hosting and helping others
- You thrive in a calm environment and enjoy working with people
- You are responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented
- You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Previous experience from a spa, bar, hotel, or other service-related role is an advantage, but not required
