The program has four levels: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black. You start at Silver and unlock more benefits as you stay more nights — including earning 2–5% in FirstCoins, early check-in, late check-out, two-for-one stays, and room upgrades.

• Gold: 5–9 nights
• Platinum: 10–29 nights
• Black: 30+ nights
Each level is valid for the rest of the 2-year earning period and the entire next 2-year period before reassessment.
