A small tip: make sure you always use the same phone number and email address connected to your membership when booking, so your stays are registered correctly.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you can do so via the link in your booking confirmation. Simply enter your booking number and the email address you used when booking to access your reservation and make changes or cancel.
For bookings made directly with First Hotels, you may also contact the hotel directly if you need assistance with changes or cancellations. If your booking was made through a third-party site, please contact them directly, as they handle any changes or cancellations.
Please note that cancellations must be made within the deadline stated in your booking confirmation. Flexible bookings can usually be changed or cancelled within this timeframe, while non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or cancelled.
If you made a booking without being logged in as a member, you can easily connect it to your member profile afterwards.
Log in to your member profile and go to “Upcoming Stays”, then click “Find a Booking” and enter the booking number and last name used for the reservation.
Once the booking has been linked to your profile, you will be able to see the stay under your upcoming bookings.
