Celebrate the eve of Saint Martin
At Restaurant Grand you and your guests can enjoy the eve of Saint Martin at the historic First Hotel Grand. For this lovely evening we will be serving the traditional menu.
The highlight of the evening is the traditionally prepared duck roast with classic garnish consisting of potatoes, caramelized potatoes, homemade red cabbage, sauce and pickled vegetables, followed by a wonderful apple dessert. The evening concludes with coffee and Restaurants Grands homemade cookies that make perfect end to a lovely Saint Martin’s eve.

Organic duck from Gråsten with classic garnish consisting of caramelized and white potatoes, home-made red cabbage, creamy duck sauce and pickled vegetables.
Old-fashioned apple cake with crunch and cream.
