Louises Fiskebar

Historical Restaurant

The restaurant at First Hotel Kong Frederik is historical indeed.

Here, the Danish, award-winning writer Tom Kristensen found inspiration for his masterpiece Hærværk (:Vandalism). It's also said that Vladimir Lenin frequented the restaurant for its mock turtle soup when visiting Copenhagen.

Today, the restaurant Louises Fiskebar is a so-called "fish bar" with a focus on all the best from the sea.

Fun fact!
Louises Fiskebar is named after King Frederick the VII's third wife, Louise Rasmussen.
