General Contest Rules – First Hotels

By participating in any contest organized by First Hotels, you agree to the following terms:

 

  • Organizer
    The contest is organized by First Hotels and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

  • Eligibility
    To participate in any contest, you must:

    • Be a resident of the country in which the contest is held.
    • Be over 18 years of age.
    • Have a Facebook or Instagram profile that complies with the respective platform's community guidelines.

  • Consent to Use
    By participating, you agree that First Hotels may publish your name and contest entry on their social media channels.

  • Prize Conditions
    Prizes awarded in any contest cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product of equal value.

  • Winner Responsibility
    Winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on the prize.

  • Decision Finality
    The decision regarding the contest winner is final and cannot be appealed.

  • Facebook/Instagram Disclaimer
    Contests organized by First Hotels are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

  • Additional Terms
    Specific terms and conditions may apply to individual contests, including time frames and participation methods, and will be outlined in each contest announcement.
