4.1 First Member is an online-based service. Membership communication is therefore primarily conducted via the Internet and emails.
4.2 First Hotels uses the registered information in its database to tailor relevant information, promotional activities and market communication to its members.
4.3 No liability is accepted for information provided in the published material. Information regarding discounts, benefits and rates are subject to change.
4.4 Terms and conditions of membership, service benefits and the terms and conditions of bonus point are subject to change. Updated terms and conditions are accessible at all times at www.firsthotels.com/firstmember.
4.5 First Hotels reserves the right to change or terminate the First Member program without prior notice and without compensation.
4.6 When membership is terminated all bonus points and information about the member will be deleted from the membership database.
4.7 In the event of change of name, address or employment place members are required to notify First Hotels immediately in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is to ensure that membership information is updated.
4.8 First Hotels reserves the right to store membership information and other information to be used for marketing and communication purposes via postal service, email, phone and SMS text message.
4.9 Registered personal information will only be processed and stored with the purpose of providing information about the member and for administrational purposes, allowing First Hotels to coordinate offers and activities with partners.
4.10 Litigation in relation to the membership terms and conditions are subject to Norwegian law. Claims must be brought before a Norwegian court of law.
