4.1 First Member is an online-based service. Membership communication is therefore primarily conducted via the Internet and emails.
4.2 Provided you have granted us your consent, we will use your personal information, booking history and campaign response to customise offers and information for you.
4.3 No liability is accepted for information provided in the published material. Information regarding discounts, benefits and rates are subject to change.
4.4 Terms and conditions of membership, service benefits and the terms and conditions of bonus point are subject to change. Updated terms and conditions are accessible at all times at www.firsthotels.com/firstmember.
4.5 First Hotels reserves the right to change or terminate the First Member program without prior notice and without compensation.
4.6 When membership is terminated all bonus points and information about the member will be deleted from the membership database.
4.7 In the event of change of name, address or employment place members are required to notify First Hotels immediately in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is to ensure that membership information is updated.
4.8 First Hotels reserves the right to store membership information and other information to be used for marketing and communication purposes via postal service, email, phone and SMS text message.
4.9 The personal information we have registered will only be processed and stored in order to provide information, manage your membership and coordinate offers and activities with First Hotels partners – provided you have granted us your consent.
4.10 Litigation in relation to the membership terms and conditions are subject to Norwegian law. Claims must be brought before a Norwegian court of law.
