Creamy Lobster Soup, made with lobster stock & cognac
Served with vegetables, crayfish tails & crisp bread

A lemon glaze & balsamic syrup
Main Courses
Fresh Sesame Seed Breaded Fillet of Salmon, on a bed of onion & savoy cabbage Compoté
Served with a Västerbotten cheese puré and a rich red wine sauce made with beef stock
Garnished with a tomato & garlic oil
Fresh fillet of pork rolled in mild pepper & topped with a cream cheese cream
Seasoned with garlic & herbs, and served with a rum & dark chocolate sauce
