The hotel is refurbished in tune with its original 19th century design and updated with contemporary fabrics and wallpapers. All accommodation will be redesigned as well-appointed double rooms and suites offering quality bedding, desk, flat screen TV and wireless broadband internet.
The restaurant and bar has reopened as a French brasserie serving classical bistro cuisine, and the bar is transformed into a luxurious salon kept in warm, intimate colors and with a private library.
The hotel’s new brasserie adds a touch of SOHO sophistication. Among Odense’s many sights are museums dedicated to the city’s two most famous sons, fairytale writer Hans Christian Andersen and composer Carl Nielsen.
The area in front of the hotel is now only used for outdoor wine and dining.
The hotel also has its own magician, a selection of mini concerts with some of the hottest and biggest names in the country, as well as a wide selection of rare events and venues.
