The aim of our staff policy is to be flexible, inclusive and attractive for as many as possible in our First Family.

Equal Rights

Currently First Hotels has about 60% female and 40% male staff members.

50% of executives are female and 50% male. The salary level for female executives was 5% lower than for male executives independent of position and seniority.

First Hotels strides to ensure that the organization adopts a fair and competitive salary policy based on as many objective criteria as possible. Salaries will be awarded independently of the ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender of the employee.

Our skilled female and male workforces are paid according to seniority and tariffs applicable in the respective countries. This also applied to our unskilled workforce, which was also paid according to seniority.
